REFUND POLICY
Moves to Bloom (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://movestobloom.com.au website (the “Service”).
1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules may change, and we strive to accommodate our patients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the appointment will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows are non-refundable. A no-show is defined as a patient who fails to arrive or connect within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time without prior notice. No-shows are non-refundable, and the full appointment fee will be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

The appointment is canceled within the eligible refund window.

The service could not be provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

A duplicate charge or payment error occurred.
Refunds will not be provided for:

Missed appointments without prior notice.

Partially used services or dissatisfaction with service outcomes.

Cancellations outside the refund window.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund requests must be submitted via email or phone.

4. Payment Plan Refunds
For patients using our payment plan options, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be prorated based on completed installments.
